Starting salaries for our touring actors are $370.00 per week (before taxes). Actors touring for Theatre IV work under non-A.E.A. contracts for periods ranging from 6 to 20 weeks. Theatre IV provides per diem and hotels/motels for overnight tours, and all actors are eligible for an end-of-tour bonus that amounts to $10.00 per performance week. Paid rehearsals begin in either September, January, or March in RICHMOND, VIRGINIA.

Supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, the Virginia Commission for the Arts, Theatre IV is an equal opportunity employer. All auditionees are asked to perform two short, contrasting monologues. Musical performers should also prepare two contrasting, 16-bar songs and bring sheet music in the appropriate key. An accompanist will be provided.
